EcoVista

EcoVista, a leader in sustainable digital display solutions, proudly unveil the upgraded Deansgate Tower in Manchester. This iconic structure now features a state-of-the-art, full-motion screen, thanks to a collaborative effort with City Outdoor Media. This project revitalises Deansgate Tower and underscores EcoVista’s commitment to delivering eco-friendly digital signage solutions.

The Manchester Deansgate Tower, located at the foot of Deansgate, is one of the busiest entry points into the city. With high dwell time, especially during commuter hours, this full-motion screen targets all traffic and pedestrians heading into the city centre. The area accounts for 35% of Manchester’s office space and continues to grow rapidly.

A central aspect of the Deansgate Tower refresh project is its strong commitment to sustainability and efficiency. By reusing the existing steel structure, EcoVista minimised both the environmental impact and financial cost of the project whilst also significantly reducing downtime by avoiding any additional structural work.

Daniela Puglia, Regional Sales Director at City Outdoor, commented: “This rebuild not only enhances the Deansgate Tower but also reaffirms our dedication to delivering top-tier advertising solutions with a focus on quality and longevity. We have high standards for our inventory, and investing in them like this ensures that we are delivering the very best products for our clients.”

David Neale, Managing Partner at EcoVista, added: “We designed a bespoke modular LED display product that is very quick to install with minimum downtime. By retaining the existing steel structure, we saved on cost and significantly reduced the project’s carbon footprint, something we are very passionate about at EcoVista.”

The upgraded Deansgate Tower stands as a testament to EcoVista and City Outdoor’s dedication to innovation, sustainability, and excellence in digital advertising. By reusing the existing steel structure, EcoVista not only saved costs but also significantly reduced the carbon footprint of the project. This approach sets a new standard in the industry, combining cutting-edge technology with an eco-friendly approach to enhance one of Manchester’s busiest districts.
